I stumbled upon their site while looking for a birthday gift for my significant other. The customization and accessory options were exactly what I needed. I had never purchased cigars before and was far from an expert so when my anxiety led me to customer service I was amazed at how friendly and helpful Rachel was, her assurance and memory of my order was the comfort I needed.
